It is adopted with PLC control system and touch screen which is easy for operate and set the parameters .Failure sensor and encoder detection system which can detect the abnormal and errors during forming process to achieve automatically shutdown to make the accessories longer service life .Adopt with hot melt glue system.it whole machine is adopted with oil lubrication system, which makes all mechanical parts work more smoothly. It can finish full processes such as paper fan feeding, sleeve side sealing, sleeve transferring , robot hand feeding sleeve, automatic silicone oil circulation, bottom heating and knurling , Servo motor gluing, two-times sleeve pressing , and cup stacking &collecting.
