For Hot Coffee


-Single-layer paper cup: suitable for drinking scenarios with low temperature and short-term consumption
-Hollow double-layer paper cup: suitable for high-temperature drinks (such as lattes and mochas), the outer cup forms an air insulation layer, and the anti-scalding effect is better

It is recommended to use single-sided PE coating paper to maintain heat sealing and liquid barrier properties of the inner wall.

-Cold beverages cause condensation on the cup exterior
-Double PE coated paper is essential to prevent moisture penetration and cup softening
-Use higher grammage paper (≥280gsm) to maintain cup rigidity and improve grip

-For large volumes (≥16oz), enhance bottom strength to avoid leakage and deformation


Single-layer paper cup: simple structure, low cost and suitable beverage latte cappuccino. A single-layer paper cup is required to form a single-layer paper cup.

Hollow double-layer cup: The inner and outer cups are fitted, forming a heat insulation layer in the middle to enhance the anti-scalding and feel. It is suitable for beverage lattes, cappuccinos, iced coffee, etc. The molding method is made from paper cup machine + cup set machine connected to the wire

What are the raw materials used to produce paper cups?
Our paper cups are made of food-grade virgin wood pulp paperboard and food-contact grade PE/PLA coating, and all materials have passed international safety certifications.
What kind of paper is used for hollow/corrugated double-wall coffee cups?
The inner cup uses single PE coated paper (230-280gsm), and the outer cup uses uncoated printed paper (200-250gsm), which has a stable structure and good thermal insulation performance.
Why is there a waterproof coating on the inner wall of the paper cup?
The food-grade PE or PLA waterproof coating on the inner wall of the paper cup can effectively prevent leakage. At the same time, the PE coating provides better heat resistance, while the PLA coating is more environmentally friendly and degradable.
What kind of paper cup machine is needed to make coffee cups?
No. The hollow coffee cup consists of an inner cup and an outer cup. It needs to be connected to a paper cup machine and a double wall paper cup machine.
