MYC-150 Ice Cream Cup Production Solution

Client Background:

This Portuguese customer is a well-known local ice cream manufacturer, specializing in a variety of cupped ice cream flavors, which are widely distributed in supermarkets and chain stores. With production increasing and brand standards improving, the customer sought to upgrade their production equipment to achieve higher efficiency and stricter quality control.

During the initial communication with the client, they raised several key requirements:

• High production capacity: The machine needs to maintain a stable output of approximately 140 ice cream cups per minute
• Product testing: The quality of paper cup molding can be automatically tested during the production process to ensure that there is no damage
• Coding traceability: We hope to automatically print the production date on the bottom of the paper cup to facilitate product batch management and market traceability

After fully understanding the customer's needs, we recommended the MYC-150 high-speed paper cup forming machine.This machine is equipped with eight servo motors and can produce 150-180 paper cups per minute.
