Client Background

This client from Bosnia and Herzegovina is a local dessert and cold drink packaging supplier, primarily providing custom paper cup packaging for ice cream brands and artisanal dessert shops.
They plan to launch a small-sized ice cream paper cup for packaging single or double scoop ice cream products.

Client Needs

In the initial communication, the client clearly stated the product specifications and appearance requirements:
The cup height is 43mm, a typical small ice cream cup with a capacity of approximately 100ml;
The client provided complete dimensional and printing design drawings, requiring a custom mold based on the dimensions;
They wanted to purchase pre-printed PE coated paper.

Solution

To address these needs, Mingyuan Machinery recommended the MYC-OCM100 paper cup machine and designed a dedicated mold to fit the client's 43mm high ice cream cup.

In the sample stage, we used the printing paper provided by the client for trial production.
