MYC-DW100 Double Wall Hollow Cup Sleeve Machine

The MYC-DW100 is an intelligent automatic double wall cup machine designed to form the hollow (sleeve) outer wall that is combined with an inner cup to produce double wall paper cups. It is aimed at converters and food-packaging producers who already run a paper cup forming machine and want to add a hollow double wall capability, or who are planning a two-stage cup production setup. The machine handles the sleeve-forming stage only; the inner cup is produced on a separate cup forming machine.

What the machine does

The MYC-DW100 completes the full sleeve-making sequence in one automatic cycle: paper fan feeding, sleeve side sealing, sleeve transferring, robot hand feeding of the sleeve, automatic oil circulation, servo motor glue feeding, two-times sleeve pressing, and cup stacking. The result is a finished hollow double wall cup ready for downstream packing.

Machine structure and controls

The machine uses an intelligent operating system including PLC and touch screen, which keeps operation and daily maintenance straightforward. The mechanical platform is built on an open intermittent indexing mechanism, gear transmission and a longitudinal axis structure. A whole-machine oil lubrication system keeps all mechanical parts running more smoothly, and intelligent photoelectric control supports correct machine operation.
