This client from Oman is a beverage packaging company, primarily serving local coffee chains and commercial takeaway brands.
They wanted to upgrade their existing 4oz paper cup production line to produce double-walled hollow cups.
Initially, the client only understood the concept of a "double-walled cup" and was unclear about the specific production process.

After detailed communication, we explained that the production of double-walled hollow cups involves two steps:
Step 1: Using a paper cup machine to produce the inner cup (i.e., a single-walled paper cup).
Step 2: Using a hollow cup machine to create the outer cup sleeve and bond it to the inner cup, forming a double-walled structure with an insulating layer.
