Building a Sustainable Production Line

The client is a beverage packaging supplier in Kazakhstan preparing to enter the hot beverage double-wall paper cup market. Its two long-term flagship products will be 12oz and 16oz cups.

The goal was not a small trial setup, but a production line designed for stable mass production and future expansion.

Two MYC-180S machines enable parallel production of 12oz and 16oz inner cups without frequent mould changes. Each machine can focus on one size or both can produce the same size when order demand requires it.

02 / TRANSFER AND SLEEVE FORMING

Two Transfer Stations and Two MYC-DW120 Machines

A double-wall cup requires separate inner cup forming and outer sleeve application. Transfer stations buffer and move the inner cups before the MYC-DW120 machines form and bond the outer sleeves.
