Customer Background

This customer from the United States operates a medium-sized beverage packaging factory, primarily providing customized paper cups for chain milk tea brands and local coffee chains. As order volume grew, they decided to upgrade their entire production line, introducing a high-speed paper cup making machine and an automated packaging system to achieve integrated production from forming to packaging.

Customer Requirements

Target Capacity: Targeted daily production of approximately 50,000 16oz milk tea cups
Paper Requirements: The customer provided pattern and size designs. We were asked to produce samples.
Automation: The customer requested an integrated connection between the paper cup machine and the packaging machine.
Expansion Requirements: The customer planned to add multiple paper cup machines later and required the packaging machine's conveyor system to accommodate future expansion.

Solution

MYC-OCM22 Milk Tea Cup Machine
The OCM22 can produce 16oz milk tea cups at speeds ranging from 50-60 cups/minute, meeting the customer's daily production targets.

To meet the customer's specific needs, we implemented the following two custom upgrades:

Extended Paper Feeder: The paper feeder travel is extended, allowing the conveyor belt to accommodate more paper fans. 

Paper fan atomization device: No need to manually humidify the paper sheets. Automatically humidifies the paper sheets to prevent cracking during gluing.

Paper Weight
We recommend using 330gsm PE-coated paper. However, to ensure equipment safety, using larger paper sizes and heavier paper weights will reduce machine speed.

MY-450X Automatic Packaging Machine
Considering that the customer wanted to connect the packaging machine online, we recommended the MY-450X packaging machine, equipped with a double-grid conveyor system.
This not only allows for precise integration with the current MYC-OCM22, but also reserves independent interfaces for future expansion of other paper cup machines.

After-Sales and Training Support
We provide detailed Chinese and English operating manuals and training videos, and arrange for technicians to provide online remote guidance for installation and commissioning.
