MYC-W35 Paper Bowl Machine for 26 oz Food Boxes in Russia
This Russian customer selected a MYC-W35 paper bowl machine for a distinctive 26 oz takeaway food box. The project combines a colourful printed body, folding top flaps and double PE-coated paper, with the forming run followed by a sample capacity demonstration.

A takeaway container built around the meal
For this customer, the starting point was a food box rather than a drinking cup. The selected format is intended for takeaway foods, including pasta, salad and fries. Its top flaps are part of the paper blank, so their shape matters alongside the body and base.
That application gives the project a clear selection priority: match the machine and tooling to the complete container. A food-box drawing should show the closure as well as the main dimensions, because two containers with the same nominal volume may need different blanks and molds.

The MYC-W35 paper bowl machine configuration

The customer purchased the MYC-W35 with a 26 oz mold and a water circulation system. Our recommendation for this type of project is to specify the machine, tooling and auxiliary equipment together, with the actual printed paper available for the forming trial.
The machine footage shows the chosen product passing through the forming stations. It provides a practical connection between the flat printed blank and the finished food box, rather than relying on a model name alone to explain the selection.
How the material choice affects the sample
The presenter identifies the paper fan as approximately 260 GSM and describes double PE coating. The paper contributes to the container’s structure; the coating is relevant to sealing and moisture resistance. The exact coating weight is not specified in the project material.
Our guidance is to approve the printed paper and the formed sample as a pair. Examine the side seam, bottom joint and flap alignment, and keep the agreed paper specification with the tooling drawing. A change of coating or paper structure should trigger a new trial before a larger run.

From forming to a visible capacity check

After the machine run, the presenter places a food box on a scale and adds water. The product is described as 26 oz, or approximately 780 ml. The sequence documents a sample capacity demonstration with the same printed container shown earlier.
This check supports the product review, but is not a long-term leakage test or an independent volume certification. For foodservice use, we recommend defining the intended fill level and then evaluating closure, handling and holding time with the actual contents.
