• Paper material requirements:

230 gsm thick, single-sided coated paper is the mainstream weight for commercial paper cups. Unlike ordinary household or thin disposable cups, it features 

high stiffness, good rigidity, water resistance, and resistance to deformation, making it better suited for the client’s 7 oz paper cup production.

Custom paper stock is designed and printed according to the customer’s aesthetic requirements, enhancing market differentiation.

• Production Efficiency Requirements：

The MYC-160SM high-speed paper cup machine can produce 140–160 paper cups per minute. With its high and stable output, it effectively boosts production efficiency.

The MYC-160SM high-speed paper cup machine is equipped with a 6-servo motor control system, ensuring more stable operation and precise positioning. This effectively 

prevents frequent errors during production, maintains perfect cup formation even at high speeds, reduces scrap rates.

The integrated collecting table automatically collects and organizes cups after forming, reducing manual intervention and lowering both labor costs and the risk of human error.
