Customized 7oz & 9oz Coffee Cup Production Solution with MYC-120 in Palestine

Customer Profile

This is a long-standing customer from Palestine who primarily supplies disposable paper cups to high-end coffee shops. Previously, the customer purchased one of our MYC-160SM paper cup machines to produce sample cups and expressed great satisfaction with both the machine’s performance and the quality of the paper cups.

This time, the client wants to produce paper cups in various sizes and colors and has provided specific requirements.

Customer Requirements & Solutions

▌ Requirement: High-Speed, Stable Production Capacity

This customer plans to supply multiple coffee shops and therefore needs sufficient production capacity.

▌ Solution

We recommended the MYC-120 Double turntable High-Speed Paper Cup Machine, with a production speed of 130–150 pcs/min. The machine is equipped with four servo motors, which help maintain consistent paper cup quality even during high-speed production.

▌ Requirement: Production of Different Cup Sizes

The customer needed to produce both 7oz and 9oz paper cups, with large output requirements for each size. It is not possible to produce two different sizes of cups at the same time using just one machine.

The customer wanted custom 7oz coffee cups in black and green, and 9oz coffee cups in blue and black.

Based on the customer’s requirements, we completed customized designs for different cup sizes and printing styles.

After production testing, the customer successfully achieved stable production for all required cup designs.
