How Can a Single Machine Produce Two Different Cup Sizes?

With two sets of molds, the same machine can make both 9-ounce single-PE paper cups and wide-mouth double-PE ice cream cups.

9 oz Paper Cup

Mold 01 produces the 9 oz paper cup shown above. The paper has a single PE coating, while the outer surface carries the printed design.

H55 double-PE ice cream cup for the Ningbo project

Mold 02

H55 Ice Cream Cup

Mold 02 produces the wide, shallow H55 ice cream cup. PE coatings on both sides help protect the cup from moisture inside and condensation on the outside.

Why the MYC-OCM12 Fits this Project
