1.This production line is a simple double-layer cup forming line consisting of a paper cup machine and a cup sleeve machine. The MYC-120 first produces paper cups, which are then delivered to a transfer station.

2.The single-layer paper cups are sent from the transfer station to the MYC-DW120 double wall cup sleeve machine, and finally formed into double-layer paper cups and sent to the cup collection rack.

The MYC-120 paper cup machine and the DW120 double-layer paper cup machine are directly connected. Paper cup blanks are automatically transported to the double-layer station without secondary handling, enabling continuous production from single-layer cup forming to double-layer cup lamination, significantly reducing manual intervention and turnaround time.

DW120 adopts precise positioning and servo control to ensure that the outer and inner cups of the double-layer cup fit tightly together, suitable for hot and cold drinks, with more beautiful molding effects and stronger structure.
