12oz corrugated and hollow double-wall paper cup production line

This European client primarily supplies disposable paper cups to local coffee chains and milk tea shops. With increasing orders, the client sought to build its own production line to produce two high value added products:

• 12oz Ripple Wall Cup

• 12oz double wall hollow cup  

At the same time, the production line is required to produce two different types of double-wall paper cups. Our suggestion is to only change the raw materials of the double-wall paper cups while keeping the size unchanged.

1. Inner Cup Production: MYC-OCM12 Paper Cup Machine
The client was primarily concerned with equipment stability and cost-effectiveness, so we recommended the MYC-OCM12 low-profile paper cup forming machine for producing 12oz single-layer paper cups (inner cups).

2.Outer Layer Forming: MYC-D Double-Wall Paper Cup Machine
To meet your production needs for both cup types, we recommend the MYC-D double-wall paper cup machine.
This machine can produce both hollow double-wall cups and corrugated double-wall cups using a glue spraying system.

After the entire production line is delivered, customers can produce two cup sizes on the same line by switching between different outer paper materials:

• 12oz hollow double-wall cup: Primarily used for cold drinks and brand display;
• 12oz corrugated double-wall cup: Suitable for hot drinks, offering improved insulation and anti-slip properties.
