Customer Needs

The customer needs to produce three different sizes of paper cups simultaneously.
Three paper cup machines will be responsible for producing the three different sizes of paper cups respectively.
One packaging machine will receive the finished cups from the three machines and package them.

1. Three MYC-OCM12 Paper Cup Machines

Three machines are arranged side-by-side, each independently handling one type of paper cup size:

When all three machines are running simultaneously, continuous batch production of three cup types can be achieved, meeting the needs of orders with multiple specifications.

2. Three Cup Collection Tables

Each paper cup machine is equipped with an independent cup receiving rack.
The three cup receiving racks are uniformly transported to the packaging machine inlet by a conveyor belt.

3. MY-800 Fully Automatic Packaging Machine (Centralized Packaging)

Receives the confluence of paper cups from the three cup receiving racks.

Automatically bag and seals the cups.
