An Indonesian client plans to build an automated production line capable of stably producing 22oz large-size paper cups. The goal is to achieve simultaneous cup body forming and cup sleeve production.

II. Product Requirements and Paper Configuration

Target Product:
22oz Paper Cup (Large Capacity Cup, Suitable for Beverage Shops and Takeout Market)

Recommended Material Configuration:
300gsm Paper Fan
300gsm is better suited to tall cup structures, reducing weight while meeting the requirements for cup rigidity and stability
