The Lebanese customer plans to establish an automated production line capable of stably producing 9oz paper cups, along with a matching cup sleeve production line.

Target Product:
9oz Medium Paper Cup (Suitable for coffee, tea, and cold drinks)

Recommended Paper Configuration:
250gsm Single-Layer PE Coated Paper
250gsm is suitable for 9oz cups; its strength, stiffness, and edge curling properties meet market demands.

III. Equipment Configuration Scheme

The finalized production line scheme consists of the following core equipment:

1. MYC-OCM12 Paper Cup Machine

Produces paper cups in sizes 1.5-16oz, especially suitable for the commonly used 9oz size:
Stable handling of 250gsm paper cups
The produced 9oz white cups are conveyed to the transfer station and then to the cup sleeve machine.

2. MYC-DW100 Cup Sleeve Machine

Used to produce the outer cup sleeve for 9oz cups:
Strongly rolled edges, high fit
Capacity can match the cup blank production of the OCM12 machine, achieving synchronous operation.
