We analyzed the customer's needs and, based on that analysis, customized the following production line to meet the customer's requirements for high output, automated operation, and a double-walled cup design where the outer cup completely encloses the inner cup.

MYC-120 Paper Cup Machine

With a production speed of 130–150 pcs/min and a size range of 1.5–16 oz, the machine can meet customers' production needs. It is also equipped with four servo motors, which enhance production accuracy and stability.

DW-120 Cup Sleeve Machine

DW-120 Cup Sleeve Machine Speed: 110–120pcs/min, Size: 1.5-16oz. This machine produces cup sleeves and automatically bonds them to the inner cups; by adjusting the process, it can ensure that the cup sleeves completely cover the inner cups.

Raw Materials

Using 300GSM paper ensures that the cup body has good rigidity. When the sleeve material is sized to match the cup body, the sleeve can completely cover the inner cup using a direct-adhesive bonding method.
