Complete 6 oz Double Wall Paper Cup Production Line in Syria: From Printing to Cup Forming
A complete production line for a customer in Syria: it prints and cuts its own paper fans, then forms 6 oz double wall cups in one continuous flow.
A Hot-Drink Cup Built from Two Printed Layers
The customer wanted a 6 oz double wall cup for coffee and tea, with its own design printed on both the inner cup and the outer sleeve.
To control its own artwork, the customer chose to print and cut the paper fans in-house. So the line starts with paper processing, and the two cup machines are linked into one flow.
One Cup, Two Printed Paper Fans
Each layer has its own printed fan and its own machine.
Printed inner cup fan, around 210 GSM
Formed into the 6 oz inner cup on the MYC-OCM100. This is the layer that holds the drink.
Printed outer sleeve fan
A soft teal watercolor design. The MYC-DW100 wraps it around the inner cup as the second wall people see and hold.
Why a second wall? It lets customers hold a hot drink without an extra cup sleeve, and gives more space for print.
The Double Wall Paper Cup Production Line Starts with Printing
The first three machines turn plain roll paper into printed fans, ready for both cup machines.
Printing Machine
Prints the cup artwork onto roll paper.
Die Cutting Machine
Cuts the printed paper into cup and sleeve fans.
Waste Removal Machine
Removes the scrap and leaves clean fans for forming.
With printing done in-house, the customer can change artwork on its own schedule instead of waiting for an outside supplier.
Why Cup Forming Is Split Across Two Machines
One machine makes the inner cup, the other adds the outer wall.
MYC-OCM100 Simple Model Paper Cup Machine
Our simple model single wall machine. It forms the 6 oz inner cup and sends it straight to the transfer station.
MYC-DW100 Cup Sleeve Machine
Wraps the printed sleeve around each inner cup to make the finished double wall cup.
How the Inner Cup Moves Through the Line
Four stations, one direction, no manual handling between machines.
- STEP 01MYC-OCM100Forms the printed 6 oz inner cup
- STEP 02Transfer StationPasses each inner cup to the next machine
- STEP 03MYC-DW100Adds the printed outer sleeve
- STEP 04Collecting TableGathers the finished double wall cups
The transfer station carries inner cups directly from the MYC-OCM100 to the MYC-DW100, so they are not stacked and moved by hand. Finished cups end up on one collecting table, ready for checking and packing.
Sizing Up the 6 oz Double Wall Cup
Finished cups were measured with a tape measure on camera.
Used to match the lid.
Including the outer sleeve.
The tapered 6 oz base.
A fixed size reference for lids, cartons and future batches.
