4 oz Double Wall Paper Cup Line for Iraq
For this 4 oz double wall paper cup line, we matched MYC-OCM100 inner-cup forming with MYC-D sleeving—and planned the connection between them.
Printed inner cup → transfer → outer sleeve → collection
A small cup that needs two forming stages
The Iraqi customer wanted to develop a compact double wall cup. The selected 4 oz design combines a printed inner cup with a plain white outer sleeve.
The key planning question was how to make those two parts work together. We built the recommendation around inner-cup forming, sleeve fit and the handoff between machines, rather than treating the two machines as separate purchases.

Why we paired MYC-OCM100 with MYC-D
A double wall cup still starts with a single wall inner cup. We assigned each forming task to the machine that performs it.

MYC-OCM100: make the inner cup
We recommended the simple-model paper cup machine for the first stage: forming the cup that holds the drink. The outer wall is added later, so the first machine does not need to perform the sleeving task.

MYC-D: add the outer sleeve
The MYC-D receives the formed inner cup and applies its outer sleeve. Our advice was to confirm the inner cup and sleeve tooling as a matched pair, not approve each part only by its 4 oz label.
Specify the two paper layers separately
The presenter identifies the printed inner-cup fan as 190 GSM. The finished sample has a plain outer sleeve; its paper weight is not separately stated.
We advise reviewing the sleeve paper and shape against the actual formed inner cup. Matching both layers is more useful than assuming the same paper specification should serve both jobs.

Connecting the 4 oz double wall paper cup line
The transfer station links the inner-cup machine to the sleeve machine. Finished double wall cups are then sent to the collecting table.
- 01 · MYC-OCM100Forms the single wall inner cup.
- 02 · Transfer stationReceives cups and feeds the next stage.
- 03 · MYC-DAdds the outer sleeve.
- 04 · Collecting tableReceives completed double wall cups.

Our layout guidance: Review the cup handoff before finalising the machine positions. Leave access for loading, setup and sample checks, as well as space for the equipment itself.
Check one finished sample, not two separate parts
The demonstrated 4 oz sample measures approximately 60 mm across the top, 60 mm in height and 45 mm across the base. We recommend comparing the assembled cup with the agreed drawing, including sleeve position, rim and bottom finish.

The source video uses centimetres: 6 cm / 6 cm / 4.5 cm. These are sample measurements, not specified manufacturing tolerances.
The resulting setup: MYC-OCM100 + transfer station + MYC-D + collecting table. The demonstration shows the connected equipment and its finished 4 oz cup.
Let us review your inner cup and sleeve together
Send the finished-cup drawing, paper details for each layer and your proposed floor layout. We can help define the two forming stages and the transfer between them.
