Scratches appear near the outside of the bottom

Problem

When scratches appear near the outer bottom area, we need to align the mold and the knurling wheel.

Solution

STEP 1

First record the original height of the knob with a rulerloosen the screw,descend to the lowest point

STEP 2

Adjust the two molds to the proper position,Then takedown the heater

STEP 3

The knurling wheel is against the mold

STEP 4

We take a piece of paper,and test the distance fromthe mold to the knurling wheel,and test the distanceFor example, the left side of the mold is particularlytight

After loosening the top four screws,tap lightly on thecorresponding edge of the left screw.

STEP 7

Tighten the four screws again
