Problem Description

When using a high-end intelligent paper cup forming machine if the ultrasonic wave fails to seal paper sheets, the issue may be related to the sensor alignment, ultrasonic control box malfunction, or relay control failure in the PLC system.

Solution Steps

STEP 1

Turn on the paper suction switch and click jogforward,when the ultrasonic wave cannot seal thepaper, you need to check the sensor, ultrasonicpower box and relay

STEP 2

1.Bring paper close to the sensor and observewhether the light turns yellow,lf the light turns yellow,it means the sensor is good

2.lf the yellow light is on even when there is no paperyou need to loosen this screw to adjust the position

3.Adjust the position of the sensor, so that thebottom of the red light through the bottom of theround hole, the yellow light does not light up can be

4.After adjustment, click on the jog to test whetherthere is a problem
