STEP1

Click “Inching", move the ultrasonic head onto the mold

STEP2

Loosen the two screws at the front

STEP3

Tap the front of the iron plate with your hand toincrease the pressure of the ultrasonic head

STEP4

Tighten the two screws at the front

STEP5

Retest the paper sealing effect

The core issue: Insufficient pressure from the ultrasonic head of the paper cup machine results in a poor seal on the cup body.

Solution: Physically moving the ultrasonic head forward to increase pressure and resolve the sealing issue at the top of the cup body.
