MYC-OCM12 standard model-reasons why ultrasonic waves cannot seal paper

Problem Description

When using the low-end MYC-OCM12 paper cup machine, if you find that the ultrasonic wave cannot seal the paper properly, it may be caused by various factors such as the probe position, sensor, relay or operation settings.

STEP 1

Turn on the paper suction switch and click jogforward, When the ultrasonic wave cannot seal thepaper, you need to check the probe and proximitysensor

STEP 2

1.First, check probe position

2.The probe cannot touch the ultrasonic head, thereshould be a little space between them

3.lf adjust the position of the probe and ultrasonichead, you need to loosen this screw,adjust to theposition shown in the picture and tighten the screws

STEP 3

1.The probe height should be lower than theultrasonic head,the probe needs to touch the paperfirst when ultrasonic pressure is applied

2.lf adjust the probe height, you need to loosen thisscrew,This screw controls the height of the probe,adjust it to be slightly lower than the ultrasonic headafter adiustment, tighten this screw

STEP 4

The probe cannot contact the page

STEP 5   

1.Tumn on ultrasonic and check the sensor

2.Place an iron object close to the sensor to checkwhether the light turns on and a sound is heard,lf thelight is off, it means the sensor is broken

STEP 6

Check whether the corresponding relay is on,lf thelight is off, it means the relay is broken

Turn on the ultrasonic knob and check if the timesetting screen displays
