3.ultrasonic system pressure is too low

Problem Description

When using paper cup machines or cup forming machines, if the ultrasonic system pressure is too low, the cup body may not be fully sealed to the bottom, causing leakage or loose sealing.

Solution Steps

STEP 1

Click “Inching” to move the ultrasonic head onto the mold.

STEP 2

Loosen the two screws at the front and the nut on top.

STEP 3

To increase ultrasonic pressure, turn the top screw clockwise slightly.

STEP 4

After adjustment, tighten the top nut and the two screws at the front.

STEP 5

Retest the paper cup sealing effect to confirm it is properly sealed without leakage.
