5.pressure at the rear part of the ultrasonic head is too low

Problem Description

If the pressure at the rear part of the ultrasonic head is too low during cup forming, it may result in poor sealing between the cup bottom and the cup wall, leading to leakage or loose bonding.

Solution

STEP 1

Click “Inching", move the ultrasonic head onto themold

STEP 2

Loosen the two screws at the back

STEP 3

Tap the end of the iron plate with your hand toincrease the pressure of the ultrasonic tail

STEP 4

Tighten the two screws at the back

STEP 5

Retest the paper sealing effect
